Sharp was viewed as the top center in the JUCO 2021 class. Sharp had some major offers from schools like Arizona, Cincinnati, and Oregon, but decided to stay in his home state of Kentucky. He averaged 5.9 blocks in his last season as a sophomore at John A. Logan College. His shot blocking presence should translate to the next level and make it tough on opposing guards getting all the way to the rim, has already tallied a 7 & 10 block game this seaon. Once he polishes his offensive post game, he will become an offensive force in the paint. He currently gets his looks off lobs and offensive rebounds.
