Summary
Dillon Mitchell is a skinny, 6’7 wing who is uber athletic, springy, and lightning fast, which helps him attack the rim relentlessly and finish above the rim. In the half-court, Mitchell is a good passer who has underrated vision and much improved handles. Mitchell’s major calling card are his elite defensive tools and instincts. He has the potential to be a great lockdown defender, who is versatile enough to guard almost anyone at ant position. Potential is through the roof on that end. He needs to develop a 3-point shot, as well as a face-up game and better slashing ability so he can use his athletic and finishing ability more effectively.
